DIFC CourtsSuccessfully represented the UAE agent of an international container transport and logistics company in a national security case concerning a container transhipped through Jebel Ali.
Federal Supreme CourtSuccessfully acted for two employees defending claims by their former employer totalling over USD 20 million for alleged breach of restrictive covenants.
Acted for a real estate investment and development company in an AED 300 million construction claim brought by the trustee of a company in bankruptcy — one of the first cases under the UAE Bankruptcy Law.
